After Las Vegas, continued northeast up I-15 to the Hurricane and St. George area ultimately for another Escapees Jeepers BOF event. What we did not know is that we would be spending two weeks right next door to some other full-timing RV friends from Florida who have made the area their new domicile. From Repairs to Red Rock: Our Las Vegas Layover

After our unplanned extended stay in Apache Junction to button up the motorhome repairs, we finally made it northwest toward Las Vegas for just a couple of days. Our route followed U.S. Highway 93 up through Wickenburg, with most of it being four-lane divided highway. We were only here for a couple of nights, but we accomplished our lists. More Jeep Badges of Honor in Colorado, Summer 2024

There is a small window of time during the summer that the passes in Colorado are open for offroading and we were able to hit that! We had a great time, a really challenging trail that ultimately caused a few bruises on the Jeep that needed to be fixed, and we did not leave Colorado without damage to the motorhome because of a freak windstorm just west of Monarch Pass. Our Last Florida Winter? 2023/2024

It has been a while since we updated the blog, the last update being the loss of our cats in Tennessee.  It is time to renew the effort of documenting our travels so that we will have a permanent recollection when we need it later. We returned for another predictable, but our last, season at Winter Garden RV Resort for three months. We celebrated our 25th year wedding anniversary in January! Leaf Peeping on the Reading

After leaving a little behind schedule from Wisconsin, we headed to State College, Pennsylvania, to have our Jeep checked out by a Youtubing automotive diagnostician.  We stopped over in the Amish community Shipshewana for the weekend, stocking up on RV parts, and baked goods, and witnessed the six-horse-hitch world championships for 2023.
