    There is a small window of time during the summer that the passes in Colorado are open for offroading and we were able to hit that! We had a great time, a really challenging trail that ultimately caused a few bruises on the Jeep that needed to be fixed, and we did not leave Colorado without damage to the motorhome because of a freak windstorm just west of Monarch Pass. With our new Thousand Trails Adventure membership we checked out the recently added Blue Mesa Thousand Trails park between Gunnison and Montrose, Colorado. Read More »

    Since leaving the Orlando area in early March, our entire route was predicated on the total solar eclipse in April 2024. We positioned ourselves just North of the area of totality and met up with friends and family to experience the eclipse together. We took a gamble with an Army Corps of Engineers campground having decent cellular service for the week. Fulton's COE campground is an amazing find in a quaint little town.Read More »
